Last week, I had dinner with a friend I’ve known since first grade. We went from playing with action figures (they’re not dolls, they’re action figures!) to playing on the same high school soccer team, to now talking about our careers and our kids.

I hadn’t seen him in years, so it was great to sit down to a meal with my friend and catch up. He’s a big shot corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions for a household name investment group.
